Whether you learn thru watching, listening, or reading he’s got you covered. He also offers House-call lessons within the Washtenaw and lower Livingston County area for an extra $20-$30 depending on distance traveled. With an assortment of instructor gear he is fully prepared to teach on the go.
Studio Services @ Zero Gravity
$25hr + $500per Song Mix+Master
We work in partnership with Zero Gravity Studio to produce, mix, and master professional quality tracks. With over 1Billion+ streams Zero Gravity has proven its worth and carved out its own sphere of the market. For those looking to record high quality drum tracks, you found the right spot. If on the other hand you’re in need of a professional drummer to play on your track, Andrew’s got you covered there too, charging and extra $50 per song.
$100-$500
Got an approaching show but still have no drummer lined up? Andrew can probably pick up the gig. Prices vary between $100 for a short simple set to $500 for a long complicated show. With one rehearsal included in the price.

1st Lesson is FREE Consultation
Yes, you read that correctly, CONSULTATION. We call it that because, much like a doctor, the 1st lesson consists of diagnosing the students strengths, weaknesses, and their goals as a drummer. Whereas a doctor would form a treatment plan, Andrew instead forms a lesson plan in order to address the inherent shortcomings and achieve goals in a systematic manner.
This is completely FREE OF CHARGE, no strings attached, promise!
Remember the 1st lesson also allows the student a chance to get to know their instructor, so this is your chance to see if you and Andrew “click” on a personal level.
Lesson Policy
PAYMENT - All lessons must be paid one lesson in advance
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING - To be eligible to reschedule a lesson you must give at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled lesson time.
*NO SHOWS will not be eligible for rescheduling
HOLIDAY HOURS - No lessons Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, the week between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
LESSON REQUIREMENTS
1. Regular attendance and practice is expected from each student.
2. Students should bring hearing protection, sticks, and a notebook to lessons.
3. All lessons are open to parents. I encourage any input and/or feedback regarding lessons.
4. Please be on time for your lessons. After 15min of tardiness the lesson will be considered a “No Show”

A native to South Florida, Andrew moved up to Michigan in 2009. And after playing far too much Rock Band, he picked up the drums in 2013 and never looked back. He has worked through many educational books and has been professionally gigging in the Ann Arbor area for the last 10 years, playing with countless bands and individuals including…
Eon Zero, Jake Luke, Loss of Life, Stygian, The Velvet Snakes, Liars & Thieves, Burnin’ Freedom, The Major Minor, Amalgam Jam Band, Jacuzzi Beach, End of Ends, and James Bourland.
Andrew has been instructing students for 2 years in the Ann Arbor area and has taught thousands of lessons, with many satisfied students to boast of.
Although Andrew started off with Rock & Metal music, he is actually talented in many genres such as Funk, Blues, Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop, Latin, and World Rhythms. And these influences impart a unique signature feel into his playing.

Yes, I accept Cash & Card. But all lessons must be prepaid in advance.

I accept student age 12 and up. I sometimes accept students younger than 12 IF they are mature and motivated to learn, but this is on a case by case basis.
And adults of all ages are welcome, you’re never too old to pick up the drums!
